Asian style Pork Meatballs

We love these Asian style meatballs for a super easy weeknight dinner in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients

2 Pounds Mossy Rock Ranch ground pork

2 tablespoon, cornstarch

2 tablespoon, fresh ginger or ginger paste

2 tablespoon, lemongrass paste

3 garlic cloves chopped

1/4 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup soy sauce

 1/4 teaspoon Chinese five-spice powder

Pepper

1 teaspoon Sesame oil

Green onions chopped for garnish

Method

Step 1

Using a large bowl, combine all ingredients except green onions until evenly mixed. Use a 2-tablespoon cookie scoop to portion the mixture, or gently roll each portion into a ball with your hands.

Step 2

Bake on a parchment-lined baking sheet for about 20 minutes at 400°F, until cooked through.

Step 3

Serve with rice. Garnish with green onion and soy sauce to taste. Enjoy!
