Do you accept SNAP EBT cards?

Yes, we accept SNAP EBT. Simply shop our online store and then call or text us at 360 480 2844 and we’ll make arrangements with you for pick up or delivery.

Where can I find your products?

In addition to our online store, you can also find many of our products at Local Yokels neighborhood grocery store in Seattle. You can place an order from their online store and receive free delivery throughout King County. Local Yokels is committed to building a sustainable and ethical micro-economy in local food by sourcing only from small scale Washington farms, producers and artisans. When you buy groceries from Local Yokels, you are helping to build a more resilient and self-sustaining regional food system.

Can I pick up my order at the farm?

Yes you can pick up your order from our farm. At check out, select “Pick up at Mossy Rock Ranch” as the fulfillment option and we will send you a link via email to schedule a pick up time

Do you have any pick-up locations?

Yes, we weekly pick-up locations in Lacey, and Seattle.

Lacey: 4510 Intelco Loop SE, Lacey WA 98503. Every Thursday between 3:00 to 3:30PM in the parking lot of Therapeutic Beginnings.

Seattle: 4236 36th Ave S, Seattle, WA 98118. Every Friday. We will gladly store your order in the freezer for up to one week. Just stop by the office during normal business hours and let the front office staff know you're picking up your Mossy Rock Ranch order.

What are your shipping policies?

We offer fast shipping to Washington, Oregon and California. We ship every Tuesday via UPS Ground and your order should arrive on Wednesday or Thursday. Your order will arrive frozen, packed with dry ice to maintain freshness. The Eco-friendly recycled paper insulation we use is curbside recyclable along with the box and all packing materials.

Are your animals vaccinated?

No, we do not vaccinate our livestock or use any antibiotics

What is your return policy?

We have an A+ rating with the BBB and it’s important to us that you are 100% completely satisfied with your order. If you are unhappy with your order in any way, please let us know immediately and we will do everything within our power to make it right. Due to the nature of our product, we are unable to accept returns on perishable food items however in some cases it may be possible to arrange a replacement or a refund.

How can I handle dry ice safely?

Dry Ice maintains a surface temperature of -109 degrees Fahrenheit, so only handle dry ice with protective gloves or tongs. Any direct contact with bare skin could result in burns. Place any remaining dry ice in a well ventilated area and allow it to sublimate naturally. Do not store it in an air tight container. Make sure it is out of reach of children or pets.
