The apartment has a private entrance from main house and it is a very short walk (150 yards) from the horse barn. It you prefer not to walk or it is inclement weather we can drive you to the house from the barn. Sorry, you will not be able to drive your rig to the house. Though we have a circle drive, it is not large enough for trailer turn-around.
The apartment is handicapped accessible with an ADA approved ramp and the shower is a new low step-in tile shower. The apartment comfortably accommodates two people, but with permission three would be possible on the couch, cot, or inflatable bed. We are not well suited for young children or pets. Please ask before bringing the youngens or pets. Additional fees may apply. Please no pets in the apartment.
For those of you with self-contained horse trailers or RVs, we offer 300 amp electric service and water hookups. Sorry we don't have cable or sewer available and the wireless internet will not reach to the RV hookup.
Whether you are in town for a day or a weeklong horse show or clinic, you may have a special event like a wedding, you want to get away to the country for a few days or you are just passing through.. I am sure you will enjoy a relaxing stay with us.
