Comfortable Apartment: Bed & Breakfast

The unit is individually zoned for your comfort.  There is a fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave oven and dorm refrigerator.  You will find snacks, drinks and condiments in the refrigerator. 

Thick terry robes and fresh flowers will await you in the western decorated apartment.  You may use the hot tub in the lower level screened-in porch or relax on the deck overlooking the lower pasture.  If you are in the mood to watch a fire, we can build a fire in the fire pit just off the back deck and you can roast marshmallows.  You are welcome to use the barbeque grills in the back yard.  We have wireless internet for your convenience and a laptop in the breakfast room where you can check your email.

Breakfast will be served at your convenience generally between 7:00 and 10:00 AM. You may eat in your private kitchen area, the family breakfast room, dining room or weather permitting on the deck overlooking the lower pasture.  Monday through Friday during the school year breakfast will consist of hot serve yourself continental breakfast but on weekends or during the summer, you will be treated to a hearty gourmet, country, served, breakfast.  Most ingredients will be organic, and prepare your self for a delicious and healthy meal.   

As a special treat, but request only..... a free Dr. Oz smoothie, will get you going on your day.

    Eat in the fully furnished apartment kitchen, outside on the deck, or in the breakfast room of the main house.  

   Spacious bedroom with comfy queen bed.  An antique fainting couch and a master bath with tile handicapped accessible shower await you..    

Rates:  $85.00 a night   2 night minimum on weekends.                  3rd night $70.00                $450.00 a week  

Price includes:  full country/ gourmet breakfast (possibly only) weekends during the school year and all week during the summer and hot continental breakfast other times.  Snacks and beverages will be in the cabinets and the refrigerator.   Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions or strong preferences.     Hunting (archery) packages available in season when horses are not present.  Fee for hunting package:  $200.00 a day or $400.00 for a  weekend (Friday night to Sunday noon). This packages includes snacks, breakfast and a light lunch.

Rates are based per room/apartment for two people.  Each additional person is $10.00 for a total of three people. 

RV hookup is $20.00 a night for 300 or 110 amp electric and water.  Sorry we don't have cable or sewer and the wireless internet does not reach this far.  This price does not include breakfast, but it is certainly available for $7.00 per person.  Please let us know when you make your reservation of you would like breakfast.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover Cards.  A credit card is required to reserve the room.  An email confirmation will be sent of room reservation.  48 hours notice is required to cancel a reservation.

No alcohol, drugs or rowdy behavior please. 
 

Specials:

Active Military families:  10% discount to active military families for a special "get-away" package. 

Clergy:   We realize that even the men and women of the cloth sometimes need a little R&R and time to "get away from it all."   So we are offering a 10% discount to members of the clergy.

Anniversary:  Let us know if it is your anniversary.  We will have a special bouquet of fresh flowers in your room and a free bottle of sparkling grape juice!
